Ingredients:
4 pounds shrimp
1 bunch green onions, finely minced
3 medium-sized onions, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
3/4 cup finely minced parsley
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 1/2 teaspoons salt
Tabasco sauce to taste
Flour or cornstarch
Peel and devein shrimp. Saute' finely minced onions, garlic, and parsley in margarine until soft; do not brown. Add tomato paste, stir well and cook for a few minutes. Add shrimp and seasonings.
Cook for about 20 minutes. Thicken slightly with a little flour or cornstarch. Serves 8.
